Renovating a kitchen is filled with MANY decisions….from picking a contractor down to the smallest detail of deciding on your hardware. Somewhere in between the choice of where to purchase your appliances lies! After running to and fro to all of the “big box” stores, we stumbled upon Durochers, a well-established family-owned gem! Emilee, our salesperson, was OUTSTANDING, and we love the fact that Durocher’s has been around for many years and has their own repair crew! After many weeks of renovation, the day we received our appliances finally became a reality. From the moment the 2 Durocher delivery specialists pulled up to our house until the time they left was nothing but classic “old school,” top-notch service! They took special care (even taking off the front entry door) in making sure all appliances were carefully brought into our home and placed where instructed! They even took care in removing the old appliances and didn’t seem distracted in having to rush to their next stop! They were the epitome of politeness and were nothing but professional! Up to this point, our experience with Durocher’s has been outstanding. This kind of customer service is fleeting in our society today! I trust that this family continues to carry on its fine legacy for many years to come!

Best customer service ever! After more than 30 years, Durocher's has never failed to deliver the products I need with the best installation service. My new over the range microwave was installed and ready to go in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Greeted warmly upon entering store, they answered all of our questions, were very helpful, got a washer and dryer for an amazing price and they made made the experience effortless on our part. They delivered and installed with no issue. Team whom delivered was incredibly professional and they were in and out with no issues. We will definitely return.
