What a difference the power base makes!

As a long time Tempur-pedic owner, it was time to replace our mattress, so we purchased a new mattress and the power base after trying it out in the store. What a difference, the powerbase makes in comfort in bed. The immediate relief felt in the lower back, you don't even realize the stress is there until it goes away. Highly recommend these! My first nights Sleep was better than my last night on my previous Tempur-pedic. We are very, very pleased with the purchase. I'm looking forward to spending more time using the music, massage and the sleep tracking features to both relax, fall asleep and just overall enjoy the wind down experience even more!

2nd tempur- pedic we have purchased. The 2 nd one is better than the 1st. Great comfort and you fell like floating on a cloud.
Adjustable base give you so many different adjustment settings helps you feel comfortable.
The product is the first time I've had a bed take away the stress and tension in my back.
Can't see owning any other product than tempur-pedic.

We have had this bed for about a month now and don't know what we did before. We purchased it with the Stearns & Foster® Lux Estate Soft Pillowtop Mattress - King and cannot stop talking about how much we love it. We are now sleeping through the night without waking up to have to switch positions because we are that comfortable all night long. My husband used to have to go out to the recliner every night. That has also stopped. It has helped with my snoring as well. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this product.

Purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame along with a 10 year warranty in December of 2023. The head portion of my bed wouldn't stay up. I called in February to get it fixed. It's now the middle of May and they are telling me it possibly could be another 30 days if the company has to order the motor. That would mean another 3 months. The warranty has been poor! I am getting ready to report them to the BBB. Also going to contact WRAL TV. Kelly Arthur!! Very disappointed with their warranty!!!!!

I purchased a Sealy mattress and an adjustable base about three weeks ago. Initially, I believed the discomfort I was experiencing was due to the mattress being too firm, so I returned it. However, after trying a different mattress, I realized that the issue was actually with the adjustable base, every mattress felt extremely uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, I've been dealing with persistent back pain ever since the purchase. I reached out to Sealy's customer service but was informed that since this is not a warranty issue and the base is considered a final sale, they are unable to offer any support or a refund.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering the impact on my health and my investment in what I hoped would improve my sleep.

I debated getting the adjustable frame but I am sooo happy I did. This is a game changer! I love that I can watch TV or read a book comfortably. Even if I need to clean under the bed I can fit my vaccine underneath my bed when I have it all raised up. I LOVE the auto features of the zero gravity button and the flat button (how it automatically adjusts for you) it's the absolute best!!

This was my first adjustable frame. I purchased it without trying it out. The first night I raised the head too high. The second night I adjusted the head lower and raised the bottom higher. It's been perfect. I'm so glad I purchased the adjustable frame. Between that and the mattress my sleep has improved 100 percent.

I rarely splurge on myself but I'm so glad I did. The pro smart base does everything except sign me a lullaby... But wait, it can do that too! Goldilocks could have been happy in this bed. You have the ability to move it into the perfect position for watching TV, reading and most of all sleeping! If this base holds up over time (25 year warranty) you will be kicking yourself for not splurging sooner.

This adjustable base works perfectly with our Stearns and Foster Luxe Estate King size mattress! I was skeptical because the mattress is so thick and does not look like it would adjust well - I WAS SO WRONG! This base and mattress combo has been the answer to my husband and I's prayers!

Only had it a few days but so far it is doing what is supposed to but only because my husband was able to hook up the active breeze. I read the reviews before purchasing and several reviewers commented how the delivery people did not hook up the hose from the base to the mattress . When we weren't feeling any heat I told my husband about the reviews I read. He lifted the mattress, saw the hoses had not been connected and was able to fix it. I might also add he's an engineer. The mattress is also very heavy and I myself could not have done it alone and an elderly couple would probably would not have been able to either. For the price of the mattress and base (which is insanely expensive) this is really unacceptable that the delivery team is not trained on the installation. Tempurpedic needs to do better.

Love this mayores and base but the remote with the child lock is terribly annoying!!! Went to put base down and not working, reset remote, did all the child lock stuff on the phone for an hour with them, finally had to order new remote, comes next week but meantime there is no way to manually lower base!!! That seems crazy that it relies only on the remote!!! Hopefully new remote works or I'm really going to be upset. It's only 5 years old, for the price you pay this should not happen

The adjustable base for my Stearns & Foster luxury Hybrid mattress works like a charm. I have issues with my legs swelling at the end of the day and the base allows me to raise my feet above my heart with ease and comfort.

My experience with the bed was great It's the company that I take exception to. I bought a bed/ mattress/and accessories from Ashley furniture and when it was delivered I received the wrong bed frame
I was told that I would get the correct one when in stock. 3 months later I received my bed and have enjoyed it completely
This month the vibration motor went out and I call Ashley and was told it was still under warranty but I had to file a claim with temper pedic. When claim was filed I waited a week before I contacted them for service. That's when I lost my respect and will not advocate for this company. I was told because I purchased the bed in march 4 2020 and did receive the bed until June 2020 that my bed was no longer under warranty. My claim was filed 3-17-2025. My five year warranty was not fulfilled I questioned why I lost 3 months of warranty from when I received the proper bed and was told that's the way it goes. 4 years turned into 4years and 9 months. That sucks. Speaking with 2 separate people did no good and I ask for temperpedic to stand behind there product and fix it. Again no help. I would love for someone to contact me to discuss this but I'm not holding my breath.

I love the Ease. I didn't realize how much using this would transform my sleep. There are so many advantages to being able to raise the head of my bed, even slightly. The zero gravity option is great for getting to sleep, and I'm hoping to train myself to stay in this position all night. Easy to use, and it has battery backup too.

I got this for my wife's surgery, to make it easier on her getting in and out of bed, recovering in bed, watching tv, etc. This is one of the best investments. I love the zero gravity feature as it does not put undue stress on her hips. It would also be an amazing feature for the elderly to help prevent bed sores. I love the speakers, the vibration. Nothing but love this smart adjustable base.

I have had issues almost every month of my first year using my power base. Some issues could be fixed by texts with their tech dept but I also have had 6 parts replaced by their authorized repair person. They don't care how many times your base fails. They will never replace it. You text and text as their tech support will not talk to you. This is back and forth for days. One part had to be replaced three times in one year! My bed isn't working now and I can't get support. Beware, don't buy this bed!
